1. General Terms

These terms and conditions apply to the ed77 platform (https://ed77.cam) and all related services, mobile versions, and applications. ed77 is an online betting and casino platform that provides various gaming services for Bangladeshi users.

In this document, "we", "our", or "ed77" refers to the organisation operating the platform. "You", "user", or "member" refers to any person registered on or using ed77.

2. Account Registration and Accuracy of Information

2.3 Third-Party Accounts

Operating an account in another person's name, using someone else's account, or placing bets on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.

3. Eligibility and Age Limit

The minimum age to use ed77's services is 21 (twenty-one) years. Only those aged 21 or above may create and use an account on this platform. This age limit is strictly enforced and any violation will result in the immediate closure of the account.

ed77 may at any time request a copy of a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued ID for age verification. If verification documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

4. Account Security and Password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your ed77 account. Never share your login credentials (username and password) with any third party.

• Avoid logging in from public or shared devices.

ed77 will not be held responsible for any loss caused by unauthorised third-party access, unless it is proven that the loss was entirely due to a fault in our system.

5. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

5.1 Deposit Policy

The accepted payment methods for depositing funds on ed77 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred taka) and this applies equally to every payment method.

ed77 requires that deposited funds come only from a payment method registered in that member's name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

5.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• Identity verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirements of any active bonus have been met.
• Withdrawals may be held for review in cases of suspicious activity.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from a bonus balance; it must first be converted into real money.

5.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on ed77 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Our support team can provide information on applicable rates and charges for currency conversion.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Specified terms and conditions must be met to receive this bonus.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x). This means bets equal to 25 times the bonus amount must be placed before it becomes withdrawable. For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place bets totalling ৳25,000.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have a specific expiry date.
• A bonus may only be usable on specific games or game categories.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used at the same time, unless specifically stated.
• ed77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the relevant bonus and any associated earnings will be forfeited.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets will only be considered valid once confirmed by the ed77 technical system. If a bet is not confirmed due to a technical issue, the relevant amount will automatically be returned to the balance.

7.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, kabaddi, and handball. Bets must be placed before the match starts or within a specified time limit. Special rules apply for live betting.

• In-play or live betting depends on real-time statistics and odds are subject to change.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the funds for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• If a result is disputed, ed77's decision will be considered final.

7.3 Casino Games

For betting on live casino, slots, and other games, each game's own rules apply. The rules of game providers will also remain in effect. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and fair play is ensured.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ed77:

• Bonus abuse or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of collecting bonuses
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts
• Use of any technology or method to influence game outcomes
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity
• Harassment of other users or harmful behaviour
• Unauthorised use of ed77's brand or content
• Deliberately exploiting platform vulnerabilities or system errors
• Registering using a false identity or fake documents

If any of these prohibited activities are proven, the account will be immediately cancelled, all balances forfeited, and legal action taken if necessary.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Unavailability of third-party servers or services
• Service interruption during unexpected system maintenance
